Shipping Policy

At Bloom Skin, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience and ensuring your products arrive safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand the shipping options, costs, and delivery times available for our customers in the UK.
We currently offer shipping within the United Kingdom (UK). Unfortunately, we do not ship to international destinations at this time, but we hope to expand to other regions soon!
2.1 Order Processing:
All orders are processed within [1-2 business days] (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after 10 AM on weekdays or over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
2.2 Order Confirmation:
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a second email with tracking information.
We offer the following shipping options within the UK:
At times we may sell out due to the nature of our small run family business. Once sold out, all shipping guidelines cease until stock returns.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on external factors such as weather or high demand periods (e.g., holidays).
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery method chosen and your order total. We offer free Standard Shipping for orders over £50.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery on the carrier's website.
6.1 Missing or Lost Orders:
If your order is not delivered within the expected time frame, please check the tracking information provided. If the delivery status is marked as "delivered" but you have not received your order, please contact us at support@bloom-skin.co.uk as soon as possible.
6.2 Damaged Goods:
If your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with details and photos of the damage. We will provide instructions on how to return the damaged items for a replacement or refund.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. If you need to change the address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate the change before your order is dispatched.
Some remote areas in the UK may have longer delivery times. If you are in a rural or remote area, please allow an extra 2-3 business days for delivery. If delivery is unavailable to your area, we will contact you to discuss alternative options.
We do not accept returns for dissatisfaction of results from our products. On the rare occasion that your items arrive damaged then we will provide a replacement or refund once the item has been returned back to us for inspection.
