Rose Bloom Botanical Cleansing Bar

Rose Bloom is a gentle cold process cleansing bar for your face and body. It's made with olive, shea, coconut, cocoa butter, castor and jojoba, with aloe vera, local Cotswold honey and pink clay, and it gives a soft, creamy lather that cleanses without leaving your skin feeling tight.

The scent is warm and softly floral, with frankincense, geranium, palmarosa, benzoin and sweet orange, and each bar is topped with rose and jasmine flowers.

If you'd prefer something with a lighter scent, its sister bar Golden Bloom is made with calendula and a gentler essential oil blend.

Work up a lather between wet hands or on a damp cloth, then massage gently over damp skin in small circles and rinse well. It's suitable for your face and body. Keep it away from your eyes.

Keep it on a draining soap dish so it dries fully between uses. It'll last much longer that way.

The base is olive, shea, coconut, cocoa butter, castor and jojoba, turned into soap using the traditional cold process method. That's why they appear as sodium olivate, sodium shea butterate and so on in the list below. Aloe vera and local honey are added for a gentle, nourishing cleanse, and the pink clay appears as montmorillonite, illite and kaolin.

Suits most skin types on the face and body, especially normal and combination skin.

It does contain essential oils, so if your skin is sensitive to them, we'd recommend a patch test first, or you might prefer Golden Bloom, which has a lighter scent.

The packaging

Each bar comes in a cotton soap ends bag with a cardboard label. When your bar gets too small to hold, pop the pieces in the bag and keep using them, so none of it goes to waste.

Local honey

Each bar is made with local Cotswold honey from a small independent beekeeper.

Making it last

Keep it on a draining dish between uses so it can dry out properly, and it'll last much longer.

We make everything in small batches and use organic ingredients wherever an organic version is available to buy.

How your order arrives

Online orders are packed in a cardboard box, stamped by hand with our own ink stamp, with shredded card to keep everything safe (we chose it over cheaper plastic fillers) and a layer of tissue paper.
