Scalp Oil

Our Scalp Oil is made for the skin on your head, which often gets forgotten in a hair routine. Used as a pre-wash treatment, it helps a dry, tight-feeling scalp feel moisturised and comfortable again, and it's a lovely excuse for a slow scalp massage.

The base is argan, hemp seed, jojoba and sweet almond, with grapeseed and castor. Rosemary, sweet orange and peppermint give it a fresh, herbal scent and a light, cooling feel.

If it's shine and smoothness for your lengths you're after, our Hair Elixir is made for that.

Part your hair into sections and apply a few drops directly to your scalp, then massage in with your fingertips for a few minutes.

Leave for at least an hour, or overnight for a deeper treatment, then wash as normal. If you're leaving it overnight, pop a towel over your pillow.

Use once or twice a week.

Argan, hemp seed, jojoba and sweet almond oils moisturise and soften, with grapeseed to keep the blend light and castor for richness. The hemp seed oil is pressed from the seeds, so this isn't a CBD product. Rosemary, sweet orange and peppermint essential oils give it its scent.

Argania Spinosa Kernel Oil, Cannabis Sativa Seed Oil, Simmondsia Chinensis Seed Oil, Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis Oil, Vitis Vinifera Seed Oil, Ricinus Communis Seed Oil, Rosmarinus Officinalis Flower Oil, Citrus Sinensis Peel Oil, Mentha Piperita Oil, Limonene*, Linalool*.

*Naturally occurring in the essential oils.

Suits most scalps, especially dry or tight-feeling ones. Avoid contact with your eyes when rinsing. If you know you're sensitive to peppermint or rosemary, we'd recommend a patch test first.

The bottle

This comes in an amber glass bottle, which helps protect what's inside from light. Once it's empty, the glass can be recycled at home in most areas. Check your local council's guidance for the top.

Made in small batches

We make everything in small batches and use organic ingredients wherever an organic version is available to buy. Anything left over at the end of a batch is potted into little testers, which sometimes find their way into orders as a free sample.

How your order arrives

Online orders are packed in a cardboard box, stamped by hand with our own ink stamp, with shredded card to keep everything safe (we chose it over cheaper plastic fillers) and a layer of tissue paper.
